Upgrade Nodejs version to v14 on GH workflows

      Description

      In Web UI we are still using Nodejs v10 and this version is no longer maintained (since 2020). 

      The goal is to upgrade to the latest Nodejs LTS (v14 is now current, but will be the active LTS later this year).

      At the moment, there are a lot of warnings related to this, and some dependencies are already broken (see WEBUI-788 for example).
