Remove fallback on default target platform when using unknown platform

      Description

      Currently Studio falls back on the defaulttarget platform when the target platform is unknown.
      Instead, it should:

      • keep a cache if the snapshot module, so that at least one is available to the maven servlet in case target platform disappears
      • remove the fallback, and handle a read-only view (especially versioning screens, see NXS-1798)
      • better handle errors on Nuxeo side, see NXP-14511
