Add more information for deprecated target platforms

      Description

      The contributions to Studio extension points describing available target platforms should be enriched to display more information to users, especially when removing some target platforms (for old fast tracks).

      The project should not load correctly, but the leftover contribution would allow guiding the user with useful information, and some information is better on the extension point than on the enum of target platforms (to check).

      This is an improvement for work done in NXS-1780.

      Additional needs (from NXS-1763):
      With fasttracks, some users are bound to leave a Studio project on a target platform that does not exist anymore.
      The feedback when this happens is not very helpful: all you know is that your target platform is not supported anymore.
      This should be improved with some help message explaining why the target platform has disappeared, for instance.
