Can't hot reload on date-based version

      Description

      Using nos-test with target platform 10.1 and nuxeo-server-10.1-I20180312_2316, performing a Hot Reload with the browser extension produces the following error:

      2018-03-13 14:15:08,647 WARN  [http-nio-0.0.0.0-8080-exec-14] [org.nuxeo.connect.packages.dependencies.DependencyResolution] Missing mapping for ftest:0.0.0-SNAPSHOT:0.0.0-SNAPSHOT with target platform server-10.1-I20180312_2316

      Performing a hot reload through the Admin center in JSF returns the error:

      This package is not validated for your current platform: server-10.1-I20180312_2316
