Add better help for unknown platforms

      Description

      With fasttracks, some users are bound to leave a Studio project on a target platform that does not exist anymore.

      The feedback when this happens is not very helpful: all you know is that your target platform is not supported anymore.

      This should be improved with some help message explaining why the target platform has disappeared, for instance.
