Add more monitoring features to the Admin center

• add more probes (repo activity based on audit, user activity based on requests ...)

• extract counters from probes

==> may require some refactoring on probes ...

• expose Automation Operation to run probe or fetch probe status and counters

• create gadgets to display probes counters history

• create an admin dashboard with views on probes/counters
