Deprecate the Simon counters

      Description

      Simon counters were added in the context of NXP-6859.
      They are probably unused and redundant with the metrics so we should get rid of them.

      For history, the main tasks were:

      • NXP-6894: Integrate Counters with Core Events
      • NXP-6886: Add Automation Operation to fetch counters
      • NXP-6877: Merge runtime-management-metrics with runtime-management and add support for Simon Counters

      Note: working on NXP-26911 to remove the post commit listeners, we found the EventCounterListener, apparently only used for the GetCounters operation. It can be deprecated along with the current issue.
