Stopping retention for flexible records

As a record manager, I can stop retention for flexible records in specific conditions.

Retention can only be stopped if:

• Record has a retention rule where the option is set to flexible retention, for an enforced record retention cannot be stopped
• User has the UnsetRetention permission on the record
• Record is NOT currently under legal hold
• Record has NOT been under legal hold previously (this turns a flexible record into an enforced record for compliance reasons)

Stopping retention means that:

• Retention period ends immediately
• Retention rule attached to the document is removed
