Event when stopping retention on a flexible record

As a developer, I can apply custom logic when retention is stopped manually.

• When retention is stopped manually as described in NXP-31883, an event is triggered in the platform "afterUnsetRetention"
• An event listener can be associated to the event in order to perform dedicated logic
