Add the ability to disable the rendition computations

      Description

      Currently when we add / update the document file content (file:content) the renditions are computed/re-computed. Glacier connector will have the need and the ability to disable theses computations.

      Currently this ability is available for pictures see here

      We should add this logic on:

      • Video: need to modify VideoChangedListener
      • Thumbnail: for thumbnail we should check
