Fix recomputation processes when creating a version for documents with 'Video' facet

When creating a version for a document with the Video facet, listener videoChangedListener triggers the recomputation of the storyboard, the picture views, ..., it is not necessary when creating a version. It can even cause an issue in the case of a custom process that changes e.g. the picture views and then publishes the document, the changed picture views get overridden for the published document.
