Prevent document renditions re-computations whose main file is moved to S3 Glacier

      Description

      NXP-28743 add the ability to disable renditions computation for Picture, Video (conversion/storyboard) and thumbnail computation.

      The need is once the main content is moved to S3 Glacier we shouldn't recompute any of these renditions. The purpose is to be able to use the exiting (the first generated) renditions and not the new ones created when the move is done.
