Transfer document in S3 Glacier - Manual action in WebUI for a resultset of documents

User story

• As a granted user, I want to manually transfer the main file of a list of documents into S3 Glacier in order to reduce storage costs.
• As a granted user, when the user clicks on the action to send the file to cold storage we should display a modal explaining what that would mean

Description

The goal is to provide an action for a list of documents (search result, folderish list of children) to transfer to S3 Glacier the main file of a list of documents.

This action is available only for the users granted to a dedicated permission: WriteColdStorage

Acceptance criteria

• As a user granted with WriteColdStorage permission on all documents of a given list, I can transfer to S3 Glacier the main file of the list of documents,
• As a user granted with WriteColdStorage permission on some documents of a given list, I can transfer to S3 Glacier the main file of the documents I'm granted to,
• As a granted user, when I click on the S3 Glacier transfer for a list of documents, the main file is moved to S3 Glacier for all documents selected
