      Description

      User story

      • As a granted user, I want to manually transfer the main file of a document into S3 Glacier in order to reduce storage costs.
      • As a granted user, when the user clicks on the action to send the file to cold storage we should display a modal explaining what that would mean

      Description

      The goal is to provide an action at document level to transfer the main file of a document to S3 Glacier.

      This action is available on the document view.

      Acceptance criteria

      • As a user granted with WriteColdStorage permission, I can transfer the main file of a document to S3 Glacier,
      • As a user without WriteColdStorage permission, I can’t transfer the main file of a document to S3 Glacier,
      • As a granted user, when I click on the S3 Glacier transfer, the main file is moved to S3 Glacier
      • As a user with read permission, I can still see the preview of the file, once the original file has been moved to S3 Glacier
