As a user I can send content to glacier/cold storage

      Description

      Initial milestone involves a means for sending files to glacier.
      Once files are sent, we need a way to indicate that the blob is located in glacier and address UX/user concerns around that fact.

      I see an action/icon to send to glacier
      I understand the implictations of files stored in glacier (delayed retrieval)
      I can agree or cancel based on implications
      I have a visual cue that something is stored in glacier
