      Description

      To react to the event fired by the scheduler, see NXP-28428.

      Add a new notification for the event to send an email.

      Update the RetrieveBlobFromColdStorage operation to auto-subscribe the user asking for a retrieve to the notification event so that he will receive the notification email.
