Fix wrong notification sent on comment edit

      Description

      When a user edit a comment, people who subscribed to notifications on the document or a parent folder receives a "Document modified" notification that wrongly informs the user that the linked document (the document to which the comment is addressed) has been modified.

      Expected:
      We should receive a "Comment updated" notification with the following template

      John Doe (jdoe) has updated a comment on [Nameof the document|https://intranet-preprod.nuxeocloud.com/nuxeo/ui/#!/doc/default/2c0a9d0d-fea0-40b5-978b-69bc04f3afb6] at 29/10/2019 - 15:35.

The comment is now:

This is my new comment
