Use CentOS as a base distribution for the server Docker image

      Description

      As it was decided since:

      • This is what we use in Jenkins X.
      • This is close to RHEL, so it will be easier for some customers.

      Use yum to install dependencies when possible.
      Will need to build our own rpm package for ffmpeg as there is no official one or the one we found is very old.
      And maybe for some other dependencies (ImageMagick?).
