Package FFmpeg for CentOS

      Description

      We need to have FFmpeg installed in the container building/running Nuxeo for video conversion.
      The docker images building/running Nuxeo are CentOS based and there's no public distribution of FFmpeg on it. The Nux Dextop YUM repo containing a FFmpeg version for CentOS is too old for our needs (~2014).

      We will need a Jenkins X RPM builder + a project to build this RPM.
