Deploy the Nuxeo Server Docker Image through Jenkins X

Let's try to take the simplest path to build and deploy a Docker image of Nuxeo Server, starting with the "easy"/basic stages of the Nuxeo Content Platform Pipeline described in TL-310.

Probably something like:

• set a fixed version
• compile
• run unit tests in the "dev" environment
• build and deploy the Docker image
