Record management - Configure the retention starting point in a retention policy

User story

As a record manager, I want to configure when the retention period will start once I applied my retention policy to a document.

Description

The retention starting point is the setting which triggers the beginning of the retention period, among the following options:

• "Immediate":
  • The retention period automatically and synchronously starts when I apply the retention policy to a document,
    • Expiration date =  date of application of the retention policy to the document + retention duration
• "Based on an event":
  • The retention period will start when the predefined event will occur
    • Expiration date =  date of the event + retention duration
  • The user has to fill an expression language to define the event that will trigger the retention period to start

Acceptance criteria

• For a retention policy with 2 years of retention and configured as "Immediate", the expiration date is date of application + 2 years
• For a retention policy with 2 years of retention and configures as "Based on an event", the expiration date is date of event + 2 years
