Clipboard should respect Accepted Children Types

      Description

      It has been observed that, using the clipboard, it is possible to copy or move documents into a container which are not Accepted Children Types.

      On a general level it should not be possible for this to happen.

      For the specific use case that revealed this issue, this fix should be verified to work for a custom userWorkspace container (link)
