Allow ReadOnly users to view number of publications

Steps to reproduce:

Given a published document and a user with Read-Only access to the document:

• Navigate to the document.
  => There is no publications field visible and the number of publications is not visible.
  => There is no publications tab available.
  => I can only view the publications by navigating to the Section in which they are published.
