Make a new login screen compliant with Nuxeo Mobile, the new Web UI, Drive, etc.

      Description

      Currently the way the login screen (login.jsp) is rendered in an Android WebView doesn't allow to login as the form is not displayed inside the screen. See missing_Nuxeo_login_screen_android.png, the side effect is that we still see the initial connexion screen in background.

      A workaround is to disable the <video>, <iframe> and <style> elements from login.jsp, see login_screen_workaround_android.png for the result. Not sure exactly which combination of these 3 factors is the issue.

      In iOS the form is displayed in the middle of the screen, but not sure if we want to display part of the backgroud image and the iframe, see login_screen_ok_ios.png.

      We need to define what we want in the login screen for each client / device: new Web UI in a web browser, Nuxeo Drive login window, Nuxeo Mobile, etc.
      There should be a generic way of doing so with CSS.

      As stated by NXP-19992, this page should be in the Server distribution.
