      Description

      In some cases, (e.g. since NXDRIVE-1579, when changing synchronization_enabled from true to false or the opposite), a restart of the Drive client part is required, but the end user is not informed of this status.

      Thus, Drive client might not get restarted for a very long time and this might lead to unexpected situations.
