      Description

      We created a Jenkins shared library within NXBT-3672 and used it in a couple of jobs.

      We now would like to use it everywhere and extract at the same time interesting method, such as the ones to get/update tickets from Jira as they can be used in projects such as the java client, js client, NEV, coldstorage...
