Make the nuxeo-arender addon automation a release/promotion process

      Description

      We want to change the way we build/release the nuxeo-arender addon to make it a release/promotion process like the nuxeo platform itself and other addons.

      For each new commit on the reference branch (10 or 2021), release a build version of the addon that is uploaded to connect preprod, ie 10.9.1 for example.
      Then create a promotion pipeline that deploys this package to connect prod.

      A recent example of doing so is the nuxeo-compound-documents repository. Take a time to explore code sharing, jar deployment, etc...
