compute connector/libs JARs to update

      Description

      For example, is Mysql connector has to be updated, it should be done in the templates folder.

      If a bundle or a lib from an addon is added or deleted then a alert is displayed and an environment variable is armed.
      By default it is the NEW_ADDON_RELEASE_NEEDED variable in the nuxeo-dm-hotfixes/jartmp/hfenv.properties

      If no no add or delete is noticed related to the addon then modified lib is checked and if found, it is added to the
