create skeleton script for assembly.xml and install.xml files generation

      Description

      This script will serve as a basis for all the steps computing differences between 2 HF versions and will allow to add bundles, templates, libs functions step-by-step.

      1. TARGET_HF_VERSION will be extracted from the branch name initilized (see NXBT-1652)
      2. target product version will also be extracted using the same method
      3. previous HF will be (TARGET_HF_VERSION - 1)
      4. nuxeo GIT repository location will be explicitly needed
      1. the script will ensure the GIT repository specified is up to date (but being up-to-date is a precondition)
      2. the script will generate skeleton xml outputs for assembly.xml
      3. the script will generate skeleton xml outputs for install.xml
