Move ARender CI/CD to Jenkins X

      Description

      We want to move the ARender's jobs to our new CI in order to leverage our new Docker Registry + preview environment when it will be done.

       

      This will solve and ease several cases:

      • testing ARender in HA mode
      • having preview environment before merging
