Rework ARender Previewer to make it HA

      Context

      Currently we can't deploy several ARender Previewer behind a load balancer because the previewer session is initialized by Nuxeo server and thus there's (currently) no marker to get it when user browses to the previewer UI. Furthermore, there's no shared data store to store the initialized sessions.

      Also, ARender Previewer is tied to a Nuxeo instance, which makes it non multi-tenant.

      Finally, how we generate ARender Document Id is wrong and prevents us to benefit from cache on ARender Rendition side.

      Goals

      We want to make ARender Previewer HA for the high availability aspect but also to provide scale out strategy.

      In the same time, we should review how we generate arender document id to make it shareable between different users.
