When viewing comments on the Activity tab the default view is to show all comments in a "collapsed" view.
For each comment, I see
- my avatar next to my message
- My name is in bold type
- see the time stamp (hours/mins) of when the message was sent
AC:
- a user can see all comments on a project
- a user can see all comments on a deliverable
- each comment displays the user avatar, the name of the author, the message and the time stamp
