      When viewing comments on the Activity tab the default view is to show all comments in a "collapsed" view.

      For each comment, I see

      • my avatar next to my message
      • My name is in bold type
      • see the time stamp (hours/mins) of when the message was sent

      AC:

      • a user can see all comments on a project
      • a user can see all comments on a deliverable
      • each comment displays the user avatar, the name of the author, the message and the time stamp
