On project/deliverable views, below any static card, I see an Activity tab (along with Details and Magic)
When I click on the tab
- I see by default, all activity and comments on the tab, ordered by time stamp (not on screen)
- see ability to filter on comments only or history only
- see box to add a comment
(for now, we are focused on the comments, not full activity view, that still needs prototyping)

- on a project, a user can access the Activity tab with the three sections: All, Comments and History
