      Description

      Since nuxeo-web-ui-3.0.27, no longer able to drag image in the nuxeo-image-viewer.  Attached video of the image viewer in nuxeo-web-ui-3.0.26 and nuxeo-web-ui-3.0.27 to demonstrate the issue
