Document View Does Not Center the Content in Web UI Version 3.1.5

We observed that displaying the content in the document views changed in Web UI version 3.1.5 on LTS 2023:

1. Shifted to the right for assets in a Portrait orientation
2. Shifted down for assets in a Landscape orientation

In Web UI version 3.1.4 and lower, the content was displayed centered.

I observed the same problem on LTS 2021 in Web UI version 3.0.30. Version 3.0.29 and lower are fine.
