Retention Materials and Review

We'll have new document actions which will need new icons:

• LegalHold icon like described in NXP-27385
• Retain a document (aka Override Retention Period)
• Attach a retention rule

Retain a document (which could be the kind of action that could be reused for overriding a retention period NXP-27383) and Attach a retention could be grouped within a single dialog with tabs in order to limit the number of actions. Guidelines welcome!

We'll have new things about Retention Rules to be assessed in term of UI and UX:

• create/edit/view layouts
• a left hand-side drawer menu to quickly access retention rules

We have 2 new info elements to let users know about:

• document having a legal hold
• document being under retention until a given date (or even indeterminate). This element should probably show the expiration date (if any) and the begin/end actions workflows

When applying a rule, we open a dialog that shows a rule suggester widget (which is a regular document suggestion widget showing only rules) that should have a nice suggestion and selection formatter?
