Policy Creation Flow

• Define spacing and margins for consistency
• Use toggle instead of the checkbox to activate the policy (toggle defines an action status whereas checkbox defines an option).
  Also, consider moving this to the end of the form - last action to take on the creation of the policy.
• Improve separation of categories - add line breaks (these will, in the long term, these categories will become "steps" on the wizard creation dialog
• Add "retention info" as the title of the first section
• For the date - move it to horizontal
• For the actions: inform the user that actions should be selected by order of execution. (in the long term, use an element that would allow to define these actions as a clear action flow)
