Prevent replacing or removing custom files under retention shown with the default viewer

As an administrator, I can NOT replace or remove an attachment under retention (nuxeo-document-viewer element)

AC
When

• a document is under retention and / or under legal hold
• a single valued property is configured to be retained (e.g., customschema:property)
• this property is shown in the document view using the nuxeo-document-viewer widget (i.e., the default viewer)

Then:

• As an administrator in Web UI, I can NOT replace the corresponding file(s) as the action is not available
• As an administrator in Web UI, I can NOT remove the corresponding file(s) as the action is not available

Note:
Checking for these AC requires studio configuration to be produced, it is not available by default
Maybe the element already manages this, but it needs to be checked that it can apply to any blob property and not only file:content
