    • Fix Version/s: None
    • Component/s: Retention

      Description

As an administrator, I can NOT replace or remove an attachment under retention for these file types / document types:

      • Office
      • PDF
      • Audio
      • Video
      • Picture
      • Zip file
      • Email (e.g., .eml or .msg)

      AC
      When

      • a document is under retention and / or under legal hold
      • AND a single valued property is configured to be retained (e.g., customschema:property)
      • AND this property is shown in the document view using the nuxeo-document-preview element

      Then:

      • As an administrator in Web UI, I can NOT replace the corresponding file(s) as the action is not available
      • As an administrator in Web UI, I can NOT remove the corresponding file(s) as the action is not available

      This behavior is applicable to:

      • default properties configured to be retainable
      • custom properties configured to be retainable using studio

      Note:
Checking for these AC requires studio configuration to be produced, it is not available by default
Maybe the element already manages this, but it needs to be checked that it can apply to any blob property and not only file:content
