Fix Nuxeo Tooltips Sticking

      Description

      When first loading the page, if the user hovers over a listbox item (For example, browse) before the page fully loads, the tooltip will be "stuck". This only happens when the page is being loaded, or reloaded.  Also only seems to happen when there is an icon above Browse.  I was not able to reproduce on nightly but I was able to reproduce when I added an icon above 'Browse'.
