Update cross-repo workflow to run a11y tests with node 14

      Description

      The a11y workflow used in the PR checks of Nuxeo Web UI is already using node 12, but not the cross-repo workflow.

      We should upgrade the node version used in the cross-repo check to match what we have in the a11y check (and fix the failing cross-repo builds, due to node v10).
