nuxeo-document-tree icon needs to be focusable

      Description

      With WEBUI-209 we improved the overall a11y of nuxeo-document-tree. However, we can provide a better experience to AT users by making the chevron icon focusable and interactable.

      To achieve this, we will also need to remove the aria-hidden introduced with WEBUI-209 since after this improvement we will want to announce these elements to AT.
