      Description
      The element appears and functions like a treeview but is missing required ARIA role(s) and/or attribute(s).

      Elements name: Clickable buttons i.e down arrow icons

      Location of the elements: Clickable buttons i.e down arrow icons, besides the above-mentioned links, under the "Browse" heading, in the left navigation.

      The problem that it causes: Screen reader users are getting confused about the structure of the content.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Expand the "Browse" button from the left navigation.
      2. Then "Browse" navigation will display.
