Fix Audit data not loading

      Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to Administration -> Audit
      2. Scroll down in the table past the first 40 entries

      Expected Results:
      All audit data is shown

      Actual Results:
      Blank rows are shown in the table after first 40 entries. I notice in the Network tab that no requests are made to Audit.QueryWithPageProvider as I scroll down.
