Revert nuxeo-page-provider-display-behavior fetchPage to old behavior

Since the refactoring of the `fetchPage` method in the `nuxeo-page-provider-display-behavior` to accomodate select all changes in the `nuxeo-justified-grid`, paginable elements views no longer work as expected (see WEBUI-615).

The goal is to revert part of this work to support the old behavior and keep the select all capabilities intact.
