      Description

      Similar to the Administration > Notifications tab in the JSF UI, this ticket is to request a new screen when a manager can subscribe a user to a notification : the available notifications in this screen would correspond to the "availableIn" attribute defined by the "notifications" extension point : https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo/blob/2023/modules/platform/nuxeo-platform-notification/src/main/resources/OSGI-INF/notification-contrib.xml#L10C79-L10C90
