Implement a Notifications screen in the "User settings" drawer menu.

Similar to the Notifications screen in JSF which was accessible under the Home tab, this screen would :

• display all the notifications subscribed by a user
• have a "Unsubscribe" button for every subscription

Being able to unsubscribe is important given the fact that WebUI only provides an option to be alerted: clicking on the "Follow the document" action which automatically subscribes to all available events. After clicking on this action, people will remove the unwanted subscription from this new Notification screen
