Fix error page when opening Operation Online help

      Description

      • I click on Automation > Automation Chain > New
      • I expand the "Fetch Context" exposed into the chain
      • I click on the "See Online Help" button
        Problem
      • The page open a new window with this folioing url

      => Nuxeo DM 5.5 ditribution not present
