On explorer, handle fallback on most recent distribution when a version is not found

      Description

      Studio frequently has issues with links to the explorer documentation, especially know that it displays "beta" target platform for unreleased Nuxeo versions: operations help pointing to it often crashes because distribution is not found.

      To handle that more smoothly, being able to redirect to the most recent DM distribution would be useful (when using 5.6 DM in the URL for instance, fallback on 5.5 if 5.6 is not there)
